Cloud PBX

A virtual private branch exchange hosted in the cloud, replacing on-premises phone hardware with a software-based system.

A PBX (Private Branch Exchange) is the internal switching system that routes calls among employees within a business and connects them to the outside telephone network. A Cloud PBX moves all of that switching intelligence off-premises and into data centers managed by the provider — accessible over any internet connection.

Traditional on-premises PBXes require significant capital investment in hardware, dedicated IT staff for maintenance, and physical rewiring for moves or changes. Cloud PBX eliminates all of that: provisioning a new extension takes seconds in a web portal, and the system scales up or down instantly as your team grows or contracts.
